Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the "Company") advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors' community of the following:
Mr. Guillaume Baudet has been elected as a member of the board of directors of the Company. However, as Mr. Guillaume Baudet is the chief executive officer of Sohar Power Company SAOG, his appointment on the board of directors of the Company shall be ratified by the annual general meeting of the Company on 29th March 2015 in accordance with Article 107 of the Commercial Companies Law.
