Resignation of member of the Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee
The Board of Directors of Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community that following the group restructuring and transfer of shareholding in the Company from Multitech LLC to Middle East Investment LLC, Mr. Vinayendra Prasad has resigned as member of the Board of Directors of the Company as representative of Multitech LLC, a juristic entity, and as Chairman and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company effective from 14 May 2018.
