Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee
Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:
Mr. Padmanabhan Ananthan has resigned as member of the Board of Directors of the Company as independent director and as member of the Audit Committee of the Company due to personal reasons with effect from 20th of May 2018. The appointment of new member shall be informed in due course.
