Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors
Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:
Mr. Vincent Montanet has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and as Chairperson of the Audit Committee due to personal reasons with effect from 15 of June 2020. The appointment of new member shall be informed in due course.
