Replacement of a member of the Board of Directors
Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community as follows:
The company has received a letter dated 14th September, 2021 from SEP International Netherlands B.V. informing that they would like to replace, with immediate effect, Mr. Kazuichi Ikeda, their current representative on the Board of Directors of Al Batinah Power Company SAOG, with their representative Mr. Yoshitetsu Fujisawa.
Mr. Yoshitetsu Fujisawa has more than 20 years of experience in power generation industry and holds a degree in Engineering.
