Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors
Al Batinah Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community as follows:
Mr. Toshiro Inoguchi has resigned as member of the Board of Directors of the Company due to personal reasons with effect from 3rd April 2023. The appointment of new member shall be informed in due course.
