Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:
1. The following directors have been appointed as members of the Audit Committee:
(a) Mr. Gillian-Alexandre Huart
(b) Mr. Kazuichi Ikeda
(c) Mr. Rahul Kar
2. Mr. Gillian-Alexandre Huart is appointed as a Chairman of the Audit Committee.
