Appointment of a member of the Board of Directors
Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:
Mr. Abdul Hakeem Amur Salim Al-Musalhi has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company as representative of Ministry of Defence Pension Fund, a juristic person, in place of Ms. Asiya Ya'rub Majid Al Saifi who has tendered her resignation in May 2017.
